Guided Journey preview is blank when using Agent task type (Workflow Agent) during journey creation

Summary:

We are trying to deploy a PR Status AI Agent (Copied from seeded agent) on Redwood Self-Service Procurement Homepage using Guided Journeys. During creating the Guided Journey, Guided Journey preview is blank when the task is configured as Task type = Agent (Agent type = Workflow Agent, PR Status).

No content appears in Preview at design time. However, if the task type is changed to Report or Video, the Guided Journey preview displays as expected.

Is a blank preview expected behavior for Agent‑type Guided Journey tasks during creation, or is there a requirement or limitation when using Workflow Agents in Guided Journeys?
