Can a custom object be created in the CRM Cloud application using an ERP/SCM license?

Summary:

Customer has licensed ERP/SCM Cloud subscription including as well the Fusion Product Hub subscription (without any CX/CRM license).
Is it possible to create a custom object in the CRM Cloud application using Application Composer without the risk that it is not covered by the ERP\SCM\FPH subscription and could cause licensing issues?

Specifically, the need is to create a custom objects to store additional customer and supplier information, and it would be useful to create it in CRM Cloud Application in order to referencing fields (Dynamic Field) from the standard "Address" object, which is part of the TCA shared data model in the CX area (ERP\SCM relies as well on Party and Party Sites information)
