Can we decrement the steps defined on progression grade ladder after it reaches to ceiling step?

We have defined 3 steps inside the grade attached on progression grade ladder, i.e. 0-6 months, 6 months, 12 months. 12 months is defined as ceiling step. Now we want that once the step reaches to 12 months, in next run it should decrement to its 1st step i.e. 0-6 months. Is it feasible? If Yes, Then how can we do it?
