GOSI Calculation Adjustment at legal entity level not working

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

1) Summary / Issue Statement

We configured a Fast Formula to override the GOSI calculation for an employee by providing a custom “Reference Salary” in the formula. The formula was attached at the Legal Entity Calculation Card level under Employer GOSI Details (Social Insurance component group).

However, when running QuickPay, the payroll run does not pick up the “Reference Salary” returned by the formula, and instead continues using the standard salary basis / delivered reference salary logic for GOSI.

2) Business Impact

This issue prevents us from applying a statutory/organizational exception to GOSI reference salary for specific employees (or employee group) via a controlled formula override. This causes
