Can't see Recruiting DFFs in Recruiting Real Time Subject Area

Summary:

I have created some segments in the Job Requisition DFF. These show on the Requisitions page in Details section.
They are all BI Enabled but for some reason don't appear to be available for selection in the Recruiting Real Time Subject Area
or any Recruiting Subject Area I have found in OTBI

I have run scheduled process, Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions For Transactional Business Intelligence, but didn't make a difference.
I don't believe it looks at this DFF

Any ideas why the segments aren't visible?
