Verbiage in Not Qualified Auto Correspondence
Content
We're getting some negative feedback from candidates who do not meet the minimum qualifications during the initial profiling process of applying to our positions. Currently, the email correspondence says Not Qualified. Can anyone provide some softer language that you are using and maybe not getting such negative feedback? How do you gently tell them they didn't meet the minimum qualifications without hurting their feelings? I would love to get your thoughts, thanks!
