Oracle EBS to ERP Cloud Migration - OIM Impact

Summary:

We currently run our Finance/Procurement/Supply Chain platforms on Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) hosted on AWS, with Oracle Fusion HCM as the master HR system.
Fusion HCM feeds HR data to a Middleware/JML Engine, which creates corporate identities in Active Directory (PEROOT). Identities are then synchronized into Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), which manages
Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and provisions/deprovisions access to EBS and other Oracle applications.
Users access these applications via Single Sign‑On using OAM/SSO integrated with AD. We also run quarterly access re‑certification for EBS/IPM users in OIM, including automated reminders and end‑dating of users and roles to meet SOX requirements.
