Hiring manager is the job offer approver in the approval rule, but the approver is on vacation

Summary:

Looking for suggestions on who the job offer approval will progress assuming the hiring manager who is also the approver is on vacation leave?

WE checked the Me > Roles and Delegation but the category has no option for recruiting -

We do not want to use the option of recruiter withdrawing the approval request and change the hiring manager field value for the purpose of "approval", as we have positions that does not have a parent position

Our HCM Position Hierarchy is also enabled.
