Team Learning - constantly out of sync

Summary:

Since going live with Learning, the My Team Learning in Redwood page constantly falls out of sync, showing managers overdue learning when it has been completed. To remedy this we rerun the following processes - however as far as we are still aware, in the configuration guides, these all should have just been run once at setup.

“ESS job to createindex definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS " once for each of the following parameters:

fa-hcm-learningitem

fa-hcm-learn-acl

fa-hcm-mylearningassignments

fa-hcm-learningrecord

Run " ProcessAccess Control Lists for Learning Items for OSCS " for the activity "Refresh OSCS Learning Item ACL Index Only " ; set concurrent processes to10 and learners to 2000.
