When Pending Worker is Converted to Employee the Information is not flowing to the Employee Record

Summary:

We have configured the the Tax Withholding Card for Pending Worker per the Oracle Documentation; however, when the the pending worker is converted to an employee the information imputed is not flowing to the employee record. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I tested this in our lower environment and the pending worker was able to submit their tax calculations for both Federal and State; however, when the pending work was converted it looks like it created two records one with his selections: One when he was pending worker and one defaulted when he was converted.

If we select the first one it shows the defaulted since his date of hire 2/6/26.
