Do we need the Sales orders for customer Programs to work in ChRM Or it can work with AR invoice
Do we need the invoiced/closed Sales orders to be imported in order management for customer Programs to work in ChRM ( i.e creation of accruals and claims)
Or it can work with imported AR invoice alone?
I have a scenario where only the AR invoice is coming into Oracle and the Sales orders are in a 3rd party application.
As Per the below document, it looks like the invoices alone will be sufficient.
