When running Adjust Individual Balances and selecting the Family Leave Insurance Tax element and properly populating the FLI Tax Calculated field with a negative amount, and checking off the include in payment box, the result of the Adjustment will reflect a Net Pay Amount of $0.00 and won't refund the associate.
