Absence Approval Flow Configuration

The requirement for the absence approval workflow is as follows: if the L1 manager’s job designation is “Head,” the approval process should conclude at the L1 level. In all other cases, the workflow should proceed to both L1 and L2 managers.

Could you please advise on how this condition can be configured in BPM Worklist? At the moment, I am unable to fetch the manager’s job details either in BPM Worklist or through the Transaction Console approval flow.
