Autocomplete rule ERROR in "Create new contact" page

Summary:

Hi experts,

we built an autocomplete rule for the "Create new contact" page in the action "Family and emergency contacts".

The rule prevents the user, when creating a new contact, from creating the contact without the national identifier information.

To achieve this we created a rule with the condition that if the national identifier's country code is null the a blocking messagge appear.

The rule works fine but we encountered a particular scenario for which the rule doesn't work as expected. When an user tries to delete one of his existing contacts he got a blocking error.
