Redwood Pending Worker submit button unresponsive for subsequent transactions in same session

Summary:

Redwood Pending Worker submit button becomes unresponsive for subsequent transactions in same session. No approvals configured. Issue occurs in 26A and is resolved by logout/login. Redwood transaction context not released, Silent submit failure, will not allow Pending Worker multiple submissions in same session.

Only workaround we have found is do one transaction come all the way out to home page (not pending worker search results) then go back in to pending workers to do another transaction.

Anyone else having same issue???
