Custom Balance Not Visible in Balance Results but Available in Run Results

The balance is fed using an Information element with Amount input value. Information element is processed successfully in payroll. The element value is visible in Run Results for the employee. However, the corresponding custom balance is not appearing in Balance Results.

We have verified that:

  1. The element entry is effective for the payroll period
  2. The element is included in the payroll run.
  3. Information Element and Custom Balance UOM is Money.
  4. Information Element is defined at Payroll Relationship Level,and Relationship level dimension are added in Custom Balance.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue with information elements feeding custom balances, or can share insights on what configuration might be missing (dimension, balance category, processing level, etc.)?
