Restrict BPM Worklist Tasks to Only Show Users Country

Hello,

Right now, it seems like a person is able to see either all transactions in the BPM Worklist Admin tab or no transactions. We would like to restrict access to only show transactions in the users country they are responsible for maintaining. For example, if I am an HR Rep for Ireland, I should only see transactions for employees that are in Ireland. The functionality that currently exists shows the HR Rep in that example all transactions globally, not just Ireland. They have AoRs and security set up to restrict them to Ireland but the privilege that gives them access
