Workflow Processing Time Report

Summary:

Hi I wanted to check if there’s a way in Oracle Fusion to extract a report that shows how long each actor takes to complete a request. For example, I’d like to see how long each member of the Finance team spends processing each transaction.

Also, would it be possible to get this information from the BPM Worklist, or would it be better to build it via OTBI or BI Publisher?

If possible, could you kindly share the SQL code or report query that can generate this data? I’d greatly appreciate your guidance on the best approach.
