Hello Team,
We have a use case in Oracle Responsys related to personalized landing pages accessed via Email/SMS campaigns.
Landing page links are personalized using RIID and may display recipient-specific information (such as name, email ID, mobile number,DOB etc..). If a communication is forwarded, the forwarded recipient can access the landing page using the same RIID and view this information.
From a data privacy standpoint, we would like clarification on the following:
- Is there any native functionality in Responsys to detect whether a communication has been forwarded and conditionally hide recipient-specific data?
