We have an inquiry regarding the bankwide budget extract in EPBCS. This extract is intended for use in the OPEX Dashboard, where it will help compare actuals versus budget and serve as a key data source for downstream reporting.

Current Extract in SmartView:
The file is currently in a pivoted layout, with months and years displayed as column headers and account numbers listed in rows.

Requirement (Sample Layout):
We would like the data to be presented in a tabular format, with the RC and month-level breakdown organized at the row level. This structure will serve as the primary data source for the dashboard.
