Referr a candidate/employee

Hello everyone,

Do you know if it's possible to referr a candidate/employee for a third person?

Let me explain better, we would like to ensure that HR can report a candidate on behalf of a company employee and that the name of the employee appears in the referral action and not that of HR who carried out the action.

Is it possible?
