Conditional suppression based on suppression of another row

Cannot conditional suppress row based on suppression of another row, when suppression of the other row is because of No Data.

So in narrative reporting I have a report, there is a row 6, where the row property Suppression / Zero Values = True and Suppression / No Data = True. This works fine. So far so good.

I now want to suppress another row, based on if row 6 is suppressed. So - don't display row 4 if row6 is not displayed. So I go to conditional suppression and note that there is no row logical operator for is suppressed. (though I did see some discussions in this forum back in 2024 - so maybe this option has been removed?!) :-( So I then try to cell value < = 0.5 AND cell value >= -0.5 - AND same again for every cell in the row. This does not work when I have No Data. I also
