Lookup or Replace function for Analysis against Picklists fields with GUID codes

I need steps to create a Contact Analysis report in Insights, showing Text Names instead of GUID Codes from Picklists. So, for example, we want to show in the dashboard the total number of new contacts per industry. The industry field has a GUID code since it integrates with the CRM, but we need to show the industry name in the Insights dashboard. Is there a lookup function or a replace function?
