USOPTE: Earning accumulation transition date selection

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Summary:

We have multiple payrolls with different Earned dates.
Can we switch to USOPTE with the earning accumulation transition date to a later date (future date)?
Example - we switch the engine from Vertex to USOPTE on 29th March with the Earning accumulation transition date as 1st April.
