Offer tab information visible to all users

Hi everyone,

  One of our recruiters was creating an offer for a New Hire in HR. While she was filling out the offer tab, it occured to her that HR peers in the group will be able to see all the confidential information surrounding the hire, and we want to avoid that.

  Does anyone have any suggestions for how they handle this in their own company?
