Default Organization field based on Hiring manager Department

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are looking to default the Recruiting Organization field based on the Hiring manager Department in Job Requisition Creation.

For Ex: If the Manager is from Department "Human Resources" then Recruiting Organization dropdown should check the Human Resource Department in the Hierarchy and default it

Is there any possibility to do this using Visual builder?
