Redwood: Not able to view Application that was withdrawn by Candidate

Summary:

We are unable to view application details on an application that was withdrawn by a candidate. The application shows up under activity in the candidate profile, but when we click on the withdrawn application it takes you back to the candidate profile and not the details of the withdrawn application. It's the same behavior from the application list view when filtered for inactive. I would have thought when clicking on the withdrawn application, it would take you to the details of that application. Is this seeded functionality or is this a bug?
