Need to remove all relationship dropdown values except Spouse and Child.

Customer wants to restrict the relationship type values in the People to Cover section so that only Spouse, Child1, and Child2 are visible in the dropdown. All other relationship types should be hidden, but these changes must not impact the Family or Emergency Contact relationship dropdowns in Global HR.

Has anyone implemented this requirement, or can guide on how to achieve it?
