Default “Source” (FCL) Field to “Email” for Leads and Opportunities Created via Outlook Add-in

We have a field named Source on both the Lead and Opportunity objects, configured as an FCL field. Our requirement is that whenever a Lead or Opportunity is created through the Outlook Add-in, the Source field should automatically default to the value “Email” at the time of record creation.
