Create Quote Smart Action Redirects to Blank Screen and CRM Login Instead of CPQ

In Oracle CRM, when using the Create Quote smart action from an Opportunity, the system does not directly redirect to the CPQ page as expected. Instead, it first displays a blank page and then redirects back to the CRM login page rather than navigating to CPQ.

However, if the CPQ login page is already open and the user session is active in the browser, the Create Quote action redirects to CPQ successfully without any issues.
