How do you capture EEO information with Agency Portal?

Hello,

I was wondering how other companies are capturing candidate EEO information with the Taleo Agency Portal?  We are about to turn on the agency portal and were wondering about best practices for capturing the race/ethnicity and gender information.  We are unsure what to do since the agency recruiters will be responsible for creating the candidate profiles.

• Are you requiring the candidates to login and update their profile with this information?
  
• Do you have the agency enter this information?
