We are facing an issue in Oracle HCM Recruiting when scheduling interviews.
When a recruiter selects a PM time (for example, 02:00 PM), the system automatically converts and saves the time as 02:00 AM.
The behavior occurs consistently when choosing any time in the afternoon (PM hours). This results in interview appointments being recorded incorrectly and affects both recruiters and candidates, as the scheduled time does not match the intended availability.

  • Go to Interview Scheduling in Recruiting.
