Warning message is not displaying on Redwood page but visible on classic page in order management?

Summary:

We have written Order management extensions to display the warning message on save at sales order in order management to add particular item on sales order. Warning message is displaying on classic page and working fine. But when we are creating order on redwood page then warning message is not displaying.
