Error while loading assignment set planning

Hi experts,

I tried to load assignment set and sourcing rules through FBDI file for my supply planning in one zip file contains 2 separate files filled with assignment set and sourcing rules (AssignmentSets and SourcingRules_ sheet from FBDI ScpSourcingImportTemplate) .

Succeeded uploading the sourcing rules but the assignment set failed to upload, there are no errors in log files, but when I checked in table MSC_ST_SR_ASSIGNMENTS error text :

This assignment is assignment type CATEGORY,ORGANIZATION LEVEL. Values of one or more of the attributes in this list are invalid: ORGANIZATION_CODE/CATEGORY_NAME/CATEGORY_SET_NAME.

I am using category organization assignment type.
