Is there a way to restrict the accruals being rounded off to 2 decimal points

Summary:

Customer prorgam accruals baseed on invoiced sales orders are currently rounded off to 2 decimal points.

Example: Program Rebate = 0.25%

Total Invoiced Value = 5693.89

Actual Accruals = 14.2325

Calculated Accruals = 14.23

Since oracle rounds off the accruals to 2 decimals, the client is expecting the total accrual value of 14.2325 instead of 14.23

Is there a way to acheieve this ?
