How to change home address on cloud free tier? I want to upgrade
User interface doesn't allow changing tenancy home address on free account. I have changed my home address therefore old billing address won't allow PAYG upgrade. Unable to access human on live chat because free account. AI chatbot is a bit rubbish with all due respect. Privacy guys won't help despite GDPR legal requirements. Do I need to terminate my account and create a new one? Will oracle even allow me to recreate my account with new home address? (none of your tags are applicable)
