Issues reporting on Checklist answers since 25D

Summary:

Has anyone else seen issues reporting on Checklist answers since 25D upgrade? When we try to run any OTBI reports to pull answer responses from Checklists it just loads and never produces the data

Here are the columns we use (these worked fine before upgrade)
