Goal Management: Unable to clear the Goal Sub Type Code in Edit goal page in redwood.

Summary:

Currently we're using Redwood in Goal Center, When I try to clear the value of Goal Sub Type Code while editing the goal and submit, it submits without any error but when I go to edit goal page, the value still remains there. Appreciate if any inputs how to resolve this.
