Ability to save filters in Reporting?

We have a Filled report that is accessible to our recruiters. We are getting requests from the Recruiters to be able to “save” the filters that they put in reports so they don’t have to enter them each time when prompted.

For example, the report defaults to ALL values for Job Code and Department Number, and we'd like the recruiter to set their own parameters in the report when they run it, so they don't have to change the values each time.

Is there a way to do this?
