I need to generate a report that shows all abandoned carts created in the Oracle Commerce Cloud storefront.
Currently, I am using a below query that pulls all incomplete orders based on their lastModifiedDate, and I exclude any carts that were updated within the last 24 hours, since our abandoned-cart trigger is set to 1 day (24 hours).


/ccadmin/v1/orders?queryFormat=SCIM&q= state eq "INCOMPLETE" and lastModifiedDate ge "2026-02-02T23:38:00Z" and lastModifiedDate le "2026-02-08T23:38:00Z"&fields=id,lastModifiedDate,profile.firstName,profile.lastName,profile.email&limit=250&offset=0&sort=lastModifiedDate

Is this the correct and accurate way to identify abandoned carts in OCC or is there a better or more reliable method I should use?
