Selecting different maintenance technicians for different operations within the same work order

Hello,

I'm trying to assign different technicians for different operations within the same work order.

For example:

Operation 1: Safety check (Safety inspector)

Operation 2: Replace asset parts (Maintenance Technician)

Operation 3: Quality check (QA supervisor)

I tried to do qualification profiles but I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly

I either get the safety inspector is not qualified for operation 1 or the safety inspector is able to perform all operations.

would someone please inform me of the correct combination of setups that would allow me to select a specific resource for a specific operations without being able to perform other ones?
