Error During Redwood Migration – Outgoing Migration Set Download failed with Create Failed message

We are currently in the process of the Redwood Migration.
Before installing the Redwood Migration Tool for 26A, we completed the following steps:
Step 1. Set up the Profile Options.
Step 2. Downloaded the "Outgoing Migration Set."
However, we encountered an error during Step 2, and the process was halted. Please find the attached screenshots for your reference. The file name is Redwood..docx
Completing the Redwood Migration in the TEST environment is our top priority, after which we plan to proceed with PROD. We therefore request your urgent assistance to resolve this issue at the earliest.
