Oracle Fusion 26A – Microsoft Teams Credential Not Clickable in Agent Studio

Summary:

We’re currently testing Oracle AI Agent Studio on Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (26A) and trying to configure Microsoft Teams integration.

In the Credentials tab, the Microsoft Teams option is visible, but it’s not clickable / disabled, so we’re unable to proceed with setup.

Details:

  • Fusion version: 26A
  • Agent Studio environment: Enabled
  • Credentials tab loads correctly
  • Microsoft Teams credential appears, but cannot be selected or edited

Could you please clarify:

  1. Is Microsoft Teams credential configuration officially supported in 26A?
  2. Are there any prerequisite roles, policies, or feature flags required to enable it?
  3. Is Teams integration gated to a later update (26B/26C)?
