Impact of running address validation process for location later after enabling USOPTE

Summary:

Our customer has some applications like Coupa, Location Master etc. which also uses location addresses and are not real time synced with Oracle fusion location addresses. If we run the Address Validation Process for Locations in Final mode to accept the Oracle USOPTE suggested changes in address for locations, Coupa and Location master will go out of sync with Oracle fusion location address as the addresses will get changed wherever needed from USOPTE. So, we want to defer the run of the address validation process in Final Mode for locations until we have some solution to sync other systems
