Profile Opation ORA_PER_JRN_DISPLAY_INACTIVE_WKRS_LOV = N but suspened employee still shown

Summary:

Hello Team,

As titled i disabled the profile option ORA_PER_JRN_DISPLAY_INACTIVE_WKRS_LOV, and changed employee status from active to suspened payroll elgibgile

but still this employee shown when user tries to re-assign a task

Any inputs how to resolve this ?
