Unable to find the Account Segments Source In the Expense Item Page.

Hi All, Hope you guys had a nice weekend.

Could someone please clarify the source of the Entity and Cost Center segments in Expenses? I’m unable to locate their configuration. These segments are not defined under Descriptive Flexfields (DFF), and the values appear to be user-specific.
For example, among two employees based in Canada who share the same roles, one employee is able to see these segment values while the other is not. Could you please confirm whether this behavior is driven by Profile Options, security rules, or any Sandbox customization?
