Under Manage job offer position override is grayed out and can't change the position

Summary:

Under Manage Job offer position override is grayed out and try to make it visible in Redwood and it doesn't allow to be editable. Under assignment we were trying to add the position field and make it editable but there is no option so went with this process and now we can't make position editable here either. We don't have job synchronization turned on. Other than starting a new job offer is there anything else you can do to make the position field edible?
