Subject: Request for Guidance on Importing UKG Time Entries into Oracle Payroll

Summary
We are planning to use UKG Kronos for time entry and intend to import the resulting hours into Oracle Payroll. Our current approach is to close the pay period on Fridays and import the timekeeping element entries into Payroll on the following Monday.

We would greatly appreciate hearing from anyone who has implemented a similar process. Specifically, we expect to import timecard data for approximately 20,000 employees per cycle, which may result in over 400,000 element entries per import. If you have prior experience in this area, we would be grateful if you could share:
