Post P2T (Prod → DEV2) ORC Search & Requisition Linking Issues

Hello,
We recently completed a production-to-DEV2 (P2T) refresh, but we’re seeing search-related issues in DEV2 afterward. Clicking a requisition opens a different requisition. In addition, selecting the Applications hyperlink next to the requisition title defaults to showing candidates in a terminal state, even though the “Include Inactive Job Applications” filter isn’t enabled. When we apply filters, the returned results are also incorrect.

We ran the post-P2T jobs as outlined in the Oracle documentation and all ESS jobs were successful , but the issues are still persisting.
