USOPTE - Enable "Manage Tax Engine" flow for multiple US LDGs

Summary:

We have two US LDGs, and I was unable to submit the flow for "Manage Tax Engine" without selecting an LDG. I initially ran the process for the first LDG.

When attempting to submit the flow for the second LDG, under the Optional Parameter – Current Tax Calculation Provider, it is displaying “Oracle” instead of “Vertex.”

Should I update the optional parameter to Vertex before submitting the flow, or has the tax engine already been enabled for both LDGs?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
